Conditions of the Reservation

Reservation fee of 30% of the total amount of the rental, and the reservation will only be validated upon confirmation of this payment.
Booking fee is not refundable in case of cancellation. -
Security deposit against losses and damages in the amount of R$ 5,000.00 that will be returned within 10 days after the end of the stay.

This deposit must be delivered in advance or upon arrival at the house.

Small pets are allowed inside the house;

Smoking is permitted outside the house;

Guests will not be able to receive guests in the house that have not been previously agreed upon.
